Client Development Lead – Quality Control
G3 Quality, Inc. partners with contractors and owners to deliver trusted quality assurance and quality control services across infrastructure and construction projects. The Client Development Lead – Quality Control will help grow and strengthen the contractor-facing QC business by building relationships and coordinating across teams.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with general contractors and project teams
Identify upcoming QC opportunities and repeat work
Coordinate QC proposals, tracking, and bid deadlines
Partner with Project Managers to align staffing, scope, and schedules
Maintain visibility into QC pipeline and backlog
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry (materials testing & inspection experience a plus)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to read and understand technical project documents and RFPs
Proactive mindset with a collaborative, team-oriented approach
High school diploma required
Preferred
Experience with CRM or opportunity tracking tools
College education a plus
