Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate all aspects of fixed asset management, including tracking, valuation, depreciation, and disposals

Oversee month-end and year-end close activities related to fixed assets, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support capital expenditure tracking and project status updates

Conduct regular audits and physical inventories to verify asset existence and condition

Develop and refine accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and maintain compliance with relevant standards

Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management regarding asset utilization and replacement
