Responsibilities

Generate custom lentiviral libraries and maintain extensive cell cultures
Create edited cell pools via lentiviral transduction and arrayed electroporation
Develop, modify, and scale protocols for specific cell lines and cell types
Produce single-cell data using commercial platforms, including 10x Genomics workflows

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Immunology, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant research experience
3+ years of hands-on experience with standard cell culture techniques
3+ years of hands-on experience with primary immune cell handling, isolation, and in vitro stimulation
3+ years of hands-on experience with maintenance of cell lines
3+ years of hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques: lentiviral infection, qPCR, western blot, flow cytometry

Preferred

Experience with pooled CRISPR-based screening (CRISPRi, CRISPRa, gene editing) in immune cells
