Responsibilities
Lead the full mobilization and transition of facilities services, ensuring operational readiness and successful integration of hard and soft service delivery
Oversee self-delivered and contracted services, including maintenance, engineering, custodial, landscaping, and infrastructure programs, to ensure seamless performance and compliance
Manage and align subcontractors and vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to contractual requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations
Develop and manage operational budgets and forecasts, ensuring fiscal responsibility, cost control, and transparent financial reporting
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards, maintaining operational excellence across the life sciences environment
Serve as the primary client liaison, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, driving strategic alignment, and ensuring client satisfaction and performance outcomes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field—or equivalent experience
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in facilities management, preferably within a life sciences, corporate, or highly regulated environment
Proven expertise in mobilizing and managing multi-service facilities operations, including both self-performed and subcontracted services
Strong financial and operational acumen, with demonstrated success in budget development, forecasting, and cost management
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and deliver results in a dynamic environment
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 Years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years
