Responsibilities

High-Level Design: Develop architecture and design for new initiatives, including application-level dependencies, configurations, and installation requirements

Integration: Partner with infrastructure and integration teams to define installation types and critical hardware dependencies

System Architecture: Apply enterprise architecture principles (TOGAF preferred) to integrate PACS, CPACS, and other imaging systems

Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot escalated issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with vendors, internal CI teams, and clinical staff; strong communication and organizational skills required

Technology Versatility: Adapt to multiple imaging technologies and product suites as needed

Required

Senior-level expertise (8+ years required)

Clinical Imaging Expertise: Experience with Radiology PACS is essential

Expertise with Change Healthcare PACS/CPACS (a must for this role), Powerscribe 360, RapidAI

Radiology and Cardiology: Strong experience in these domains is required

Healthcare Environment: Prior experience in hospital or clinic settings

Enterprise Architecture: Strong understanding of integrated systems, scalability, security, and compliance

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to navigate large organizations

Education: High school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree. Minimum 5 years of experience required; 1 year of leadership experience preferred

Industry Experience: Healthcare provider experience required
