Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the development and maturation of RF signal software-defined prototypes focused on Non-Terrestrial Network SATCOM/5G/6G Technologies like those used with AST SpaceMobile LEO Satellites

Oversee the entire technical product lifecycle, from initial concept through to product launch and ongoing support

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and product managers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality

Develop and implement technical strategies to optimize performance, reliability, and scalability of RF systems

Conduct thorough testing and validation of prototypes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements

Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RF and SDR technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive product innovation

Prepare and present technical reports, documentation, and presentations to stakeholders
