Design and develop technical solutions to address complex engineering problems
Conduct system integration, testing, and validation to ensure performance and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system functionality
Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures for future reference and compliance
Oversee overall delivery for OAC / FDI EFR self-service pod
Effectively manage and liaise with offshore teams
Serve as the primary point of contact with testers, client leads, and key stakeholders
