This role involves shaping and leading a dynamic, organization-wide learning strategy, ensuring training is accessible, impactful, and inspiring while partnering closely with leaders to align learning initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities
Hire, supervise, evaluate and develop a team of training professionals and facilitators
Design and ensure the delivery of comprehensive competency based training
Evaluate quality of current training offerings and provide feedback to trainers on quality improvement when necessary
Interface with organizational leaders to assess unique and ongoing training needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development or a related field, required
Minimum of 5 years advanced knowledge of human service business operations with experience in the field, required
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design and training evaluation, required
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and project management skills, required
Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving history, required
