Responsibilities

Manage and grow wear casting sales across the U.S. and Canada
Partner with customers to reduce operating costs by optimizing shredder hammer performance
Identify underserved accounts and execute strategies to increase market penetration and revenue
Collaborate with global teams to share market insights and align best practices
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with end users, distributors, and OEMs
Conduct frequent customer visits to understand operational challenges and present tailored solutions
Lead commercial negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed volume, margin, and market share targets
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipelines, and opportunity tracking
Monitor competitive activity, pricing trends, and market developments, providing insights to leadership
Act as the primary liaison between customers and manufacturing
Coordinate on product availability, lead times, and capacity planning
Align forecasts, demand planning, and order priorities with production teams
Support pricing strategies and custom solutions alongside engineering and manufacturing
Communicate customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
Proactively resolve order, delivery, and production-related issues
Utilize Salesforce to log visits, calls, and customer interactions
Maintain accurate customer contact information
Support sales forecasting and pricing documentation
Ensure timely, accurate, and consistent CRM data entry
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, customer meetings, and conferences
Provide market feedback to support targeted marketing campaigns and product positioning

Required

Proven experience in sales or account management within Metals Recycling, Aggregates, wear parts, or heavy equipment industries
Strong understanding of shredding, crushing, and aggregate production processes
Demonstrated success building relationships, negotiating, and closing complex sales
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of managing a large geographic territory
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluency in English required
Willingness to travel 50–75%

Preferred

Shredder hammer application knowledge strongly preferred
