Responsibilities

Writing and reviewing technical documents to support engineering projects
Assisting with research and development activities to support global manufacturing initiatives
Evaluating new production materials, equipment, and technologies
Assessing technical feasibility to ensure efficiency and compliance
Collaborating with engineers on global initiatives that impact business success
Applying analytical and problem-solving skills to improve existing processes
Learning and contributing to projects that enhance patient care and product performance

Required

Must be enrolled in an accredited university or college for at least one semester prior to and following the internship
Pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related field
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8/4.0
Demonstrated leadership skills through extracurricular activities or projects
Ability to commit to a 10–12 week, full-time (40 hours/week) summer internship
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship (students on F1 visa with CPT can be accommodated)

Strong technical and analytical skills
Familiarity with engineering principles and manufacturing processes
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of curiosity and willingness to learn
