Responsibilities
Partner with OS Feature teams, platform engineering groups, and external vendors to support conference content development and manage cross-team dependencies
Own end-to-end creation and coordination of conference deliverables including PowerPoint presentations, workshop materials, and step-by-step lab documentation
Drive Azure DevOps dependency tracking across OS Feature teams and multiple platforms to ensure alignment and milestone readiness
Coordinate schedules and manage deliverables across multiple teams to ensure timely completion of conference materials
Identify, escalate, and resolve blockers that impact delivery timelines or content quality
Provide clear and consistent status reporting to stakeholders at all levels
Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation, requirements, and execution plans
Conduct content reviews to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with engineering readiness
Support execution across complex timelines leading up to major conference events
Mitigate risks through proactive dependency management and cross-team communication
Qualification
Required
3+ years of program management experience supporting large-scale platform or operating system programs
3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps dependency tracking and execution
3+ years of technical content creation including PowerPoint decks, workshops, and documentation for executive and developer audiences
Demonstrated experience managing dependencies across multiple engineering teams
Program management expertise with focus on platform or operating system programs
Advanced proficiency in Azure DevOps for dependency tracking and execution management
Technical content creation and documentation skills
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Milestone tracking and delivery management
Risk identification and mitigation strategies
Clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
Problem-solving and blocker resolution capabilities
Schedule coordination and timeline management
Attention to detail and quality assurance
