Confidential company is seeking a full time F&I Manager to add to their growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Automotive F&I, a proven track record of high performance, and the ability to lead and mentor within a team atmosphere.

Secure the sale & protect front end revenue
Present F&I products. Communicating a high level of value
Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship
Achieve monthly forecasts for F&I income, penetration levels, and customer service
Influence the sales team and variable managers in a positive way

Automotive F&I Manager experience
