Responsibilities
Translate product manager's strategic and technical instructions into comprehensive vision documents, including user experience mockups and functional specifications
Create original product vision designs and prototypes using Figma to support decision-making processes
Conduct competitive analysis across the industry and within various organizational divisions to inform product strategy
Perform feasibility studies and leverage data to support product visions and recommend implementation priorities based on technical readiness
Develop and review functional specifications that serve as implementation guides for products and services
Interface with stakeholders on technical and business issues throughout the entire project lifecycle from initiation to delivery
Drive program and project schedules while maintaining comprehensive status reports
Provide technical and analytical information to support product management decision-making
Organize and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints
Conduct usability studies to validate design concepts and user experience approaches
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience using Figma for product vision mockups and design prototyping
Minimum 5 years of experience with cloud service engineering concepts and lifecycle management
Minimum 5 years of experience writing technical documentation for product vision and engineering processes
Demonstrated experience translating strategic vision into actionable technical outputs
Portfolio or work samples demonstrating relevant design and documentation capabilities required with application
Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping software user experiences
Deep understanding of cloud service engineering lifecycle and concepts
Technical documentation writing with emphasis on product vision and engineering processes
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
Project management and schedule coordination
Competitive analysis and market research
Understanding of audits, compliance, privacy, and responsible AI requirements
