Responsibilities
Guide customers through financing options, extended warranties, GAP insurance, and service contracts
Review credit applications and structure deals in accordance with lender and dealership guidelines
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations
Maintain strong relationships with lending institutions and insurance providers
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from vehicle selection to financing
Train and mentor sales staff on finance-related products and compliance standards
Monitor and report on F&I performance metrics including income, product penetration, and CSI scores
Uphold ethical standards and foster a positive, customer-focused environment
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive finance or sales management
Proven track record of high performance and customer satisfaction
Strong understanding of finance products, credit evaluation, and compliance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Background check and drug screening required
