Womankind is dedicated to supporting survivors of gender-based violence through various initiatives. The AmeriCorps VISTA Member will focus on enhancing the Development Department's capacity by improving fundraising systems and expanding donor engagement to ensure sustainable services for underserved communities.

Individual & Family Services

Responsibilities

Improve fundraising systems, including gift processing, database management, donor stewardship, monthly reconciliation, and outreach events
Expand fundraising pipelines and increase donor engagement
Boost visibility to sustain culturally responsive, trauma-informed services for survivors
Enhance data processes and community partnerships to improve donor retention and deepen community involvement
Support Womankind’s long-term sustainability for Asian, immigrant, and other underserved survivors
