Inside Sales Consultant
Hello Hearing Studios is a fast-growing hearing care practice committed to ethical and accessible patient care. The Inside Sales Consultant will engage with warm inbound leads, educate potential patients about hearing care, and schedule appointments while collaborating with clinical teams to ensure strong patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
Engage with 100% warm inbound leads—no cold calling, ever
Spend the majority of your day speaking directly with individuals who have requested information about hearing care
Educate potential patients on hearing loss, treatment options, and what to expect from a clinic visit
Schedule qualified appointments for in-clinic hearing evaluations
Build trust through empathy, active listening, and clear communication
Act as a supportive guide from first contact through the early stages of the patient journey
Collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure smooth handoffs and strong patient outcomes
Qualification
Required
2–4+ years of inside or consultative sales experience, ideally in healthcare or a service-based environment
A strong communicator who leads with empathy and listens before advising
Comfortable working toward goals, without relying on high-pressure tactics
Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations daily
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with a dependable home setup
