Responsibilities
Provide leadership of the operations department which includes training, engagement and services
Oversee the training program and training coordinators
Care Pro coaching in order to ensure high standard for client care
Conduct yearly performance reviews for Care Pro's
Evaluate orientation and training materials to ensure adherence and compliance with State and Franchise standards
Facilitate and maintain a workplace culture that rewards and retains high quality Care Professionals
Qualification
Required
Do you have a background in H.R., Human Services or training background?
Are you at least 21 years of age?
Are you able to reliably commute to our office in Maplewood?
Do you love supporting people who serve others in order to help them be their best?
Can you pass a criminal background check and drug screen?
