Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of scalable and high-performance solutions, ensuring they align with business goals, technical requirements, and healthcare standards
Architect and deliver both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and high usability across platforms
Design and implement solutions utilizing React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and ASP.NET, among other technologies
Design and build robust Content Management Systems (CMS) for handling complex data and workflows
Ensure system architecture is cloud-native and optimized for Azure Cloud Services
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software
Develop and implement APIs using technologies like ASP.NET and Spring Boot
Utilize Selenium and Cosca for testing purposes to ensure code quality and performance
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers and guide the team through design decisions, best practices, and the development process
Work closely with the business and technical teams to analyze requirements and create scalable solutions within the healthcare domain
Qualification
Required
15+ years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on application architecture, development, and delivery
3-4 years of experience in the healthcare domain with deep knowledge of healthcare processes and regulations
Expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS) with a focus on designing and integrating them
Proven experience with React.js, Next.js, and Node.js on the front-end and back-end technologies
Experience with ASP.NET and Spring Boot for building robust APIs
Proficiency in Azure Cloud Services and cloud-native architecture
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Selenium and Cosca for automated testing
Deep understanding of solution architecture design, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance technical and business requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
