Northrop Grumman is a leading aerospace and defense technology company, seeking an Expeditor to join their team. The role involves expediting and dispatching materials in accordance with production schedules, reviewing master production schedules, and generating progress reports.

Responsibilities
Expedites, routes, and dispatches material and parts in accordance with production schedules and commitments
Reviews master production schedule to determine possible and actual shortages and alerts proper authorities of potential problems
Generates progress reports on schedule status and keeps records of completed orders
Takes appropriate action to expedite materials such as order damaged material repaired or in-house material transportation
Reports on completion dates, material changes or substitutions, shortages, and schedule modifications
Qualification
Required
High School diploma and 1 year experience (LEVEL 1)
High School diploma with at least 3 years of relevant warehouse or Production scheduling experience (LEVEL 2)
Able to lift or move 35 lbs unassisted
Proficient using SAP or similar MMAS systems
Proficient with office suite
Able to perform a two-person lift in accordance with MIL-STD-1472
Must be a team player with strong communication skills
Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Must be able to work extended hours occasionally to meet deadlines
US citizenship is required
