Responsibilities

Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for software applications, including user manuals, technical specifications, and process flows
Testing: Participate in the testing process by executing test cases, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues
Lab Maintenance: Help maintain and organize the testing lab environment, including hardware and software setups. Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring optimal lab conditions
Strategy Support: Contribute to strategic initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and supporting the development of strategic plans

Required

Computer science / information technology degree
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree
