Responsibilities
Assist Staff Accountants with non-client facing duties
Perform accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing
Responsible for bank reconciliations
Prepare journal entries
Prepare account analysis
Communicate effectively with Staff Accountants and CFOs
Become proficient in using company processes to complete job responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Knowledge of Accrual Accounting
Ability to learn new programs and processes quickly
Personal drive to learn and develop new skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Preferred
Internship experience in accounting or related field a plus
Previous experience with QuickBooks a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook a plus
