Responsibilities
AP Specialist will process and code invoices across various categories with accuracy and timeliness
Manage the AP inbox and respond to vendor and internal inquiries professionally
Perform end-to-end AP tasks including invoice entry, approvals, and payment execution
Handle high-volume invoice processing in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
Leverage automation tools and AI-driven systems to streamline AP workflows
As an AP Specialist, you will maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies
Assist with month-end close and reconciliation activities
Support special projects and process improvement initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
Experience working in high-volume environments
Comfortable with hands-on AP processing from start to finish
Proficiency with accounting software and AP automation tools
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Tech-savvy with a proactive approach to leveraging digital tools
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
