Qualification
Required
3+ years of Recent (Within the last year) acute Hospital Case Management
2+ years of leadership experience
Bachelor's degree
Either Registered Nurse (RN) licensure, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
Preferred
Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or Business Administration
