Responsibilities
Responsible for creation and documentation of 3D CAD models and related drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs) and other engineering documentation with minor supervision
Ability to work with project engineers to develop and formulate design concepts
Coordinate drawing documentation in preparation for formal production releases
Responsible for processing change requests as a part of the Engineering Change and Release process to include the checking and auditing of other’s work
Qualification
Required
Minimum 2-year Associate's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
Strong MCAD ability, specifically 3D solid modelling
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to help mentor younger designers (and engineers) in developing new skills and abilities
Preferred
PTC CREO experience
Experience with PLM (Windchill)
