Responsibilities

Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) using SQL and enterprise data sources to support strategic, operational, and clinical decision-making

Design, build, and manage dashboards that provide actionable insights to medical directors, clinical teams, and operational leaders across the organization

Partner with Medical Directors and clinical stakeholders to evaluate the effectiveness of Strive’s clinical models, including quality, utilization, and outcomes metrics

Conduct root cause analysis to investigate data anomalies, performance trends, clinical variation, and operational variation, delivering clear, data-backed recommendations

Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot data pipeline and quality issues, ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable reporting used in clinical and operational contexts

Maintain clear, accessible documentation of metrics definitions, data sources, and dashboard logic to support transparency, consistency, and knowledge transfer, including alignment on clinical definitions and assumptions

Required

Bachelor's degree with strong academic achievement

Located in Denver, or Remote

4+ years' experience in healthcare data analysis

Internet Connectivity - Min Speeds: 3.8Mbps/3.0Mbps (up/down): Latency <60 ms

Ability to travel and be onsite to meet business needs

Preferred

Working knowledge of analyzing medical claims, lab data, EMR data, and other clinical data sources to assess quality, utilization, and outcomes

High degree of proficiency in Microsoft SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools

Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity; a self-starter. Desire to work in a start-up environment. Previous experience at a start-up is a plus

Experience supporting physicians, medical directors, or clinical leaders with analytics is a plus
