Responsibilities

Research and identify target prospects for Somos Commercial Products (using various tools: Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, etc)
Manage and coordinate outbound communications to prospects
Qualify prospects through preset criteria
Manage and direct responses to appropriate sales team for further qualification
Audit records, update dashboards and reports in Salesforce.com for pipeline tracking and sales reporting
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and digital advertising
Collect and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
Support sales enablement activities by maintaining sales materials, presentations, and prospect lists
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency
Maintain and update lead lists, run reports, and support database management activities through Marketo
Review and analyze customer feedback to anticipate needs and improve the customer experience
Lead Generation for Somos Commercial Products
Market validation research for potential opportunities
Audit, maintain and create customer reports in CRM (Salesforce)
Contribute to the Intern Capstone Project

Required

This internship is remote, but candidates must reside within the United States during the program
Applicants must be currently enrolled as undergraduate or graduate students in a degree-granting program at an accredited college or university
A minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale is required
Candidates must be available to work full time (40 hours per week) for the duration of the program, from June 1 through August 21
Final selection is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
Demonstrated experience in working with Salesforce.com
Desktop research to qualify prospects that meet target criteria and identify points of contact
Copy email for outbound communications
Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Proven ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset—no task is too big or too small
Highly motivated, resourceful, and proactive self-starter with a focus on results
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce)
Experience with lead generation web services (e.g. Zoom Info)
Experience with Email Automation tools (Marketo)
Experience managing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Vimeo)
