We are seeking a spirited Assistant Manager to join our Player Relations team at our Times Square Location, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and providing leadership in the absence of the General Manager.

Responsibilities
Monitor, train, and motivate staff to ensure productivity and a positive, collaborative work environment
Assist the GM in creating and managing weekly schedules for Player Relations Staff and On-Site Event Coordinators, adjusting staffing levels based on events and operational needs
Coordinate with the Events team to ensure seamless execution of all event operations
Work closely with Food & Beverage operations to maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and guest experience
Assist with retail operations, including inventory tracking, sales, and collaborating on new merchandise selections and orders
Support facility management needs, including maintenance, repairs, cleaning, trash removal, and pest control coordination
Collaborate with Marketing to execute on-site activations, support marketing initiatives, and proactively identify opportunities for additional marketing support
Deliver an exceptional customer experience for all CityPickle guests
Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners as needed
Represent CityPickle in a manner consistent with the brand’s values and standards
Qualification
Required
Friendly, trustworthy, and reliable person with exceptional customer service skills
Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and evenings
Comfortable using POS systems, iPads/laptops, and other technology
Strong multitasker able to “wear many hats” in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates integrity, credibility, and dedication to CityPickle's mission
Preferred
2 years of managerial experience preferred
Pickleball experience highly preferred
