Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders and teammates
Employ critical thinking skills to analyze data
Evaluate business processes and recommend/implement solutions
Perform research and analysis on trends, patterns, and processes
Assist stakeholders in making data-driven decisions
Responsible for internal and external reporting
Technical writing and training
Provide infrastructure support and Level I technical support for enterprise applications

Required

A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required
At least two years of higher ed work experience as an IT Analyst performing data and business process analysis
Customer service experience
Basic endpoint troubleshooting skills
Writing technical documentation
Conducting training
Proficient with MS Office
Strong critical thinking, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail
Good time management skills

Experience with Google Workspace
Experience with automation workflows
Experience with Excel macros/VBA
