Responsibilities

Accountable for professional social services, which encompasses the provision of case management services designed to strengthen, rehabilitate, and preserve individuals and/or families

Provide protection and care for children and vulnerable adults in need of supplementary, substitute care, or provide full-time intake services

Oversee ongoing community-based services to clients with significant disabilities

Responsible for planning and monitoring accessibility needs and in-home personal care services to ensure clients remain as independent as possible in both the home and community-based settings

Function as lead workers and direct the work of lower-level employees
