Responsibilities
Managing a team of program managers and process specialists responsible for under the roof quality metrics (e.g., sellable yield, concessions, audit success) for the Reverse Logistics network
Reporting progress against key goals and metrics with executive leaders in WBR, MBR, and QBRs
Determining the long-term strategy to improve evaluation accuracy of returned and damaged goods worldwide
Balancing Amazon (and Seller’s) Recovery with customer trust
Deep diving and responding to executive escalations for customer trust issues for products resold to customers
Partnering with ReLo Operations, ACES, Product, and business teams to launch new programmatic initiatives that improve recovery while reducing concessions
Qualification
Required
7+ years of program or project management experience, or Bachelor's degree
7+ years of team management experience
10+ years of program or project management experience
7+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing
Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau
Preferred
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects
MBA, or Master's degree
Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership while working cross functionally across several teams
Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits)
Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and motivate project team members to achieve team's goals
