Responsibilities

Screening resumes/applications based on very specific guidelines to determine identify qualified candidates
Scheduling interviews, drug screens and other hiring process communication duties as assigned
Schedule candidates for New Hire orientation using a scripted process
Maintains records on recruiting activities as required
Approximately 75% of time will be spent screening, calling or emailing candidates, 25% doing sourcing and screening
Other duties as required

Required

MUST have TA MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE WITHIN A PLANT. Not just HR experience
Will consider 6 months or more experience in a TA Manufacturing Plant but 1 year preferred
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication skills
Effective listening skills
Ability to multitask
Target driven
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year of Recruiting or HR experience or recent BA/BS graduate with internship experience

Preferred

1 year preferred experience in a TA Manufacturing Plant
Google tools preferred
Prior experience with job boards or recruiting software a plus
Associates degree preferred but not required
Bachelor's degree required for conversion to FTE
