Respond to inquiries regarding coverage, policy changes, claims, billing, and more
Conduct insurance and financial service reviews to ensure proper coverage
Qualification
Required
State of Michigan Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (required)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with computers and Windows applications
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment
People-oriented, positive attitude, and self-motivated
