Responsibilities

Lead and Support/Guide in RFP, Solution Defense, large scale Transition and Transformation Projects

Having UpToDate knowledge of the latest and niche technologies

Should have hands on experience on the technologies listed under Technical Skills

Lead and mentor a team of Data Center specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and technical expertise

Working closely with Presales/Sales team on the opportunities of New and Existing projects

Working closely with delivery teams, implement standard best practice in target accounts to deliver consistent service delivery and exception customer satisfaction

Build strong and lasting relationships with internal and external customers, and key delivery partners by meeting with them on a regular basis to listen to their needs and concerns, to discuss our service roadmaps and evangelise Persistent capability

Align our Service Delivery process to meet the client business requirements on a continual basis & foster solution innovation to solve client issues

Reduce the cost of delivery by standardization of Service Delivery processes and technology solutions

Implement standard governance, reporting and escalation processes across responsible accounts

For assigned projects ensure successful execution of Due Diligence and Transition to BAU

Coach Track Leads and SMEs in assigned accounts focusing on both technical and management capabilities

Required

Any Graduation

More than 15 years of experience in Data Center technology

Expert-level communication skills

Proficiency in VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter Server, HyperV, Nutanix

Hands-on experience with vRealize Automation, vRealize Aria Operations, SRM, vRealize LogInsight

Strong understanding of networking concepts, storage technologies, and backup solutions, AD/DNS/DHCP, Print and File Servers, Database

SAN/NAS Architecture/Components, Fabric topology and RAID, LUN, Multipathing and Zoning

Backup types, Backup Storage, Backup Software, Backup Policies, Backup verification, Data retention and Restore process

Exposure on (any or as per requirement) storage products eg: EMC, IBM, HPE, Pure, NetApp, Hitachi, Nutanix etc

Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems

Python, Ansible, Terraform and Automation

Preferred

Microsoft and Other related Vendor Certifications
