Responsibilities

Proactively source, qualify, and develop new business opportunities using tools such as ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and other prospecting platforms
Own and manage a portfolio of strategic growth accounts, driving retention, expansion, and long-term value
Develop a strong understanding of Kindthread’s brands, product assortment, and key value propositions
Manage the sales process from initial outreach through qualification, proposal support, and ongoing account growth
Partner closely with Field Sales and Sales Leadership to align on account strategy, territory coverage, and growth priorities
Identify and pursue growth opportunities in underpenetrated segments, including group accounts, education, government, and specialty retail

Required

Strong new business development and account management skills
Experience managing strategic or growth-focused customer relationships
CRM and database management experience
Experience with lead generation and prospecting tools
Comfortable balancing outbound prospecting with ongoing account ownership
Solid understanding of sales process fundamentals and pipeline management
Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and digital ordering tools
5+ years of experience in sales development, business development, inside sales, key account management, or lead generation

Preferred

Experience in apparel, healthcare, or B2B wholesale industries
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
