Responsibilities
Execute bi-weekly payroll for multiple affiliated groups using ADP Payroll systems
Act as the first point of contact for payroll inquiries, resolving issues efficiently or escalating complex matters to the Payroll Administrator
Calculate and reconcile billing data for moonlighting payments for hospitalist groups; process termination and retroactive pay adjustments
Retrieve and analyze data from ADP, MMC, and Tableau to compile summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, and leave
Ensure all payroll information is entered accurately and respond to external inquiries, including Verifications of Employment (VOEs)
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED required
Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation for essential on-site payroll runs
2+ years of high-volume payroll processing experience
Prior experience working within a healthcare setting is strictly required
Proficiency in ADP Payroll systems and data retrieval tools
Preferred
Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in a temp-to-perm transition
