Caregiver Recruiter Specialist
Responsibilities
Research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable Caregivers
Manage the full-lifecycle process from sourcing to new hire orientation including managing best practices in the ATS
Collaborate with the Staffing Management team to identify hiring needs and draft detailed and accurate job postings
Responsible for job postings and advertisement processes; updating and managing postings as needed
Screen applications for qualified candidates, conduct phone and on-site interviews, and make hiring decisions and offers
Verbally extend job offers and initiate all pre-employment checks and processes after offer-accept; send formal offer letter to new hire for review and signature
