Responsibilities
Point of contact interfacing with suppliers and communicating requirements pertaining to cost, quality, delivery, and repairs
Ability to pull and analyze data from multiple sources to make sourcing decisions and support special projects (i.e Lead Time Reduction)
Interface with cross-functional groups including, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Global Supply Chain counterparts
Project management supporting transition projects for multi-sourcing solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
Strong analytical skills (Vlookup, compiling data from multiple reporting sources)
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate to solve complex problems
Comfortable presenting to various hierarchies of management team
Preferred
GPA of 3.0 or above preferred
Experience negotiating and project management preferred
SAP / Tableau experience
Microsoft Applications (ability to perform Excel V-lookup and Pivot Tables)
