Responsibilities

Partner with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deliver high-quality software

Provide hands-on technical leadership, ensuring the team focuses on the right problems and builds practical, right-sized solutions without adding unnecessary complexity

Review code and offer constructive, actionable feedback to maintain high engineering standards

Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack

Lead POCs, research new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance team efficiency

Thrive in a dynamic environment, staying effective while juggling multiple concurrent priorities

Required

8+ years of software development experience

Strong experience with C#, .NET, and SQL

Experience working at scale with cloud providers such as AWS

Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Understanding of modern architectural patterns for SaaS systems (e.g., microservices, event-driven design, distributed systems)

Strong communications skills, including the ability to understand stakeholder needs and persuasively articulate technical solutions at the appropriate level of technical depth

Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, 'can-do' attitude

Independent, highly motivated engineer who drives work forward with minimal oversight

Preferred

Familiarity with big data ecosystems, including Airflow-based ETL workflows, data lake architectures, or platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, or cloud-native data-lake services

Experience with JavaScript and modern UI frameworks (React, Angular) is a plus

Hands-on experience building and tracking service-level objectives (SLOs) with contemporary monitoring/observability platforms (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog)
