Responsibilities

Fully understand the requirements and priorities of customers and prospects through discovery
Partner with Account Executives to deliver engaging, value-centric demonstrations that differentiate Certinia
As the solution expert, you will co-own opportunities throughout the sales cycle
Develop and grow expertise related to Certinia solutions, the Salesforce platform, partner applications, and the competitive landscape
Partner with Marketing and Alliances to support field events
Support enablement initiatives throughout the organization
Assist in responding to RFIs and RFPs

Qualification

Professional Services AutomationSalesforce CRMPre-sales experienceDomain expertiseERP software experiencePresentation skillsCustomer-facing acumenMulti-taskingTime managementCommunication skills

Required

Minimum 5 years of experience as a pre-sales professional supporting enterprise applications OR 5+ years as a consultant demonstrating domain expertise
Strong presentation skills and customer-facing acumen
Experience and/or desire to work with rapidly changing technology
Ability to multi-task, communicate priorities, and manage time effectively
Up to 30% travel

Preferred

Experience working with Professional Services Automation solutions
Experience working with Salesforce CRM
Domain expertise in professional service organizations
Previous experience working in a sales organization at a software company
Prior experience with the following software applications: Oracle PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion, SAP ERP, SAP Business ByDesign, Workday, Netsuite OpenAir, Changepoint, Kimble PSA, Quickbooks, or other similar ERP software
