Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in IT business analysis or delivery-focused roles
Strong stakeholder skills
Track record of driving execution in complex environments
Ability to operate at multiple levels of the organization
Experience in partnering with business leaders, product and project teams, and engineers
Ability to take ownership of outcomes, not just documentation
Experience working on greenfield or major platform builds
Ability to ramp up quickly and bring structure and momentum to complex initiatives
Preferred
Experience in healthcare/pharma
