Responsibilities
Support solution design and architecture for new FlexPLM implementations, enhancements, and system integrations
Lead and coach development pod team members
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and execute development
Develop and integrate solutions using REST APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices, high performance, and solution quality
Configure, customize, and integrate FlexPLM modules
Qualification
Required
PTC FlexPLM: 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in implementations for Retail/Apparel
FlexPLM Infrastructure: Experience with system administration, rehosting, cloning, cluster environment setup, and monitoring
REST API: Proven experience in REST API development and integration
Adobe Illustrator: Working knowledge is required
Technical Leadership: Experience leading or coaching development teams
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
Effective collaborator capable of working with cross-functional teams
Analytical mindset for translating business needs into technical architecture
Preferred
Experience with FlexPLM version upgrades
Specific experience in the Footwear or Apparel industry
