Responsibilities
Build pipelines of attorneys, paralegals, compliance officers, and legal ops professionals
Source talent across job boards, referrals, legal networks, LinkedIn, and niche channels
Conduct structured interviews to understand skills, motivations, and fit
Present candidates to AEs and clients with compelling narratives
Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, offers, and onboarding
Manage multiple requisitions with tight timelines and high visibility
Advise candidates on market rates, job selection, and career strategy
Partner closely with Business Development to understand real client needs
Provide client-ready candidate summaries and insights
Maintain ATS data integrity and accelerate the hiring cycle
Track talent trends, competitive activity, compensation bands, and candidate feedback
Help improve recruiting strategies, channels, and candidate experience
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years recruiting in legal staffing, attorney recruiting, ALSP/LPO, or professional staffing
Experience working attorney/paralegal/compliance reqs
Proven success hitting fill metrics or placement targets
Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Knowledge of public sector staffing cycles (e.g., NYC agencies)
Familiarity with PETS, background checks, compliance onboarding
A network of legal talent in NYC or beyond
Experience with temp, temp-to-perm, or direct hire models
