Responsibilities
Build, configure, and test prototype electronic units for RF terminal systems
Manage and track procurement of required test equipment and lab materials
Architect, configure, and document lab test environments, including network configurations for terrestrial products
Conduct environmental testing, including vibration and thermal simulations
Develop and implement test automation solutions, including scripting and documentation
Provide hands-on, system-level test support at customer or lab premises
Maintain detailed test reports, configuration diagrams, interconnect diagrams, and technical documentation
Ensure compliance with all security, confidentiality, and access control protocols as required by the program
Perform additional responsibilities as defined by the customer or program leadership
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to pass required background checks and security authorization
Must comply with all data handling, facility access, and equipment security protocols
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
3+ years of experience in lab engineering, RF systems, or test automation
Strong hands-on experience with lab equipment, environmental chambers, and test scripting
Familiarity with network configuration and system integration
Experience working in DoD, aerospace, satellite, or telecommunications lab environments preferred
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
