Responsibilities

Lead all phases of HVAC/mechanical projects from NTP to closeout
Build and maintain strong relationships with GCs, vendors, and field teams
Oversee budgeting, cost forecasting, change orders, and monthly reviews
Coordinate field execution and ensure safety and quality standards
Mentor APMs and uphold Strictly’s CLEAR values—Committed, Loyal, Equitable, Accountable, Reliable
Champion the culture and values of Strictly Mechanical

Required

Experience managing multiple commercial mechanical projects
Strong leadership and technical expertise in HVAC/mechanical projects
Ability to manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
Excellent client communication skills
Experience in overseeing budgeting, cost forecasting, change orders, and monthly reviews
Ability to coordinate field execution and ensure safety and quality standards
Experience mentoring Assistant Project Managers (APMs)
Alignment with Strictly's CLEAR values—Committed, Loyal, Equitable, Accountable, Reliable

Preferred

Experience in schools, retail, light industrial, and manufacturing projects
Desire to grow within a purpose-driven company
