Responsibilities

FAI’s/PPAP’s
Leads Multi-functional teams to help improve the Quality System
Gage Improvements
Inspection Improvements
Quality Audits
Leading MSA’s (GR&R’s and machine capability studies)
Leads Quality Improvements and Corrective Actions
Works with Suppliers and Customers
Training quality personal, Machinists on gages & Inspection methods
Programming Gages

Qualification

Lean Six Sigma Green BeltQuality AuditsGage ImprovementsEngineering DegreeCommunication SkillsTeamworkAdaptability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field, Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial or Materials
0-2 years of engineering experience (Intern and/or co-op) in a manufacturing environment
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills with all levels of employees and management
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while adjusting to changing priorities and project lists
Team orientated with the ability to influence others without authority
Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma within 3 years
