Content Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive content calendar with themes, topics, and distribution channels
Oversee the creation of high-quality content across various formats like blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, publications, emails, social media posts, and webinars
Define content marketing goals aligned with business objectives
Manage and optimize the HubSpot marketing automation platform, including email campaigns, workflows, lead nurturing, segmentation, reporting, and CRM integration to support marketing and sales objectives
Implement SEO best practices to optimize content visibility in search engines
Monitor key content performance metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, social engagement, and conversion rates and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Develop copy for a variety of media including social, print, video, and digital
Edit and proof work to ensure brand standards are met across all content outputs
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams, HR, resource center, and foundation to assess project needs and help with messaging
Collaborate with design teams to develop marketing materials
Ensure all content and communications align with brand voice and messaging
See projects through the whole creative process, from inception to deployment

Required

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or other related field
5-10 years of marketing or agency experience
Previous experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platform
Previous experience in content marketing or copywriting
Previous experience managing social media accounts
A valid Driver's License, unrestricted is required and the ability to show proof of insurance and to additionally be insurable under OMC policy

Preferred

Previous experience working for non-profit organization preferred
