Responsibilities

Maintain acceptable production levels as set by management
Provide details on the discount services to help retain and save customers
Provide high level of customer service and empathy
Have a strong ability to ask probing questions, to discover the wants, interests and needs of our customers
Have the ability to deliver bad news and de-escalate critical situations
Be efficient in navigating multiple systems
Participate in ongoing training and self-development
Maintain advanced knowledge of procedures, product information and online resource tools
Maintain regular attendance and punctuality as scheduled and adhere to all company time and attendance policies
Participate in activities designed to improve business performance
Ensure that all quality targets are met and maintained
Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile

Required

Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of solid customer service experience
High School Diploma or GED Required
Ability to effectively communicate with customers and ask discovery questions
A strong heart and mind for servicing others
Comfortability with Outlook, asynchronous tools, and Microsoft Excel
Must be comfortable being on web camera
Ability to utilize tools and resources to efficiently assist our customers
Ability to articulate in a professional and efficient manner
Ability to break down complex subject matter into relatable knowledge for our customers
Ability to be flexible with the hours of operation
Open and receptive to feedback from leadership
Motivation and ability to obtain self-upskilling and knowledge training
Ability to cross reference job aids while assisting a customer
Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
