Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume airline roles, including ramp, cargo, passenger, security agents and supervisory roles

Schedule and manage interviews, hiring events, and assess talent across multiple business lines

Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication regarding application status, interviews, offers, and next steps

Ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed accurately and on time, including background checks, drug testing, badging, and regulatory documentation

Partner closely with Reginal Recruiters, HR generalists and operations leaders to support hiring needs and timelines

Track and maintain candidate data in Workday, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of records

Coordinate onboarding activities, including start dates, new hire orientation and training

Support job postings, requisition management, and hiring documentation, including offer letters and employment agreements

Assist with recruitment reporting and metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate flow, and hiring volumes

Support diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives and ensure fair, consistent candidate treatment

Respond to candidate and internal inquiries in a professional, service-oriented manner

Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, compliance, and candidate experience

Participate in hiring events, job fairs, and airport-based recruitment activities as needed
