Responsibilities
Develop and maintain AI applications including conversational agents and GenAI solutions using Microsoft and Google platforms
Build new M365 solutions to replace existing On-Prem SharePoint applications
Architect AI/GenAI chatbot solutions, including feature planning, user flows, and API integrations
Develop GenAI solutions using AWS Bedrock and related AWS services
Implement and tune NLP techniques to improve chatbot accuracy
Train and deploy AI models; create dashboards to monitor performance
Build custom indexes, manage data sources, and fine-tune intent mapping
Design intuitive conversational flows that feel natural and engaging
Analyze chatbot interaction data and prepare performance reports
Troubleshoot chatbot issues, ensure security compliance, and protect sensitive data
Collaborate with business analysts, UX teams, project managers, and governance/CoE teams
Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives for emerging technologies
Create technical documentation using Word, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint
Write effective GenAI prompts aligned with organizational standards
Build Copilot plugins, custom copilots/agents, and AI-driven workflows using Power Automate
Integrate AI applications with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Microsoft Graph, and enterprise data
Develop POC chatbots that demonstrate tangible business value
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on expertise in building intelligent chatbot solutions using Microsoft Bot Framework, Copilot Studio, Google CCAI, and Generative AI platforms
Experience supporting and modernizing On-Prem SharePoint applications to M365
Develop and maintain AI applications including conversational agents and GenAI solutions using Microsoft and Google platforms
Build new M365 solutions to replace existing On-Prem SharePoint applications
Architect AI/GenAI chatbot solutions, including feature planning, user flows, and API integrations
Develop GenAI solutions using AWS Bedrock and related AWS services

Familiarity with Azure components: Azure Bot Service, AI Search, AI Language, Azure OpenAI, Graph API, Semantic Kernel, Copilot, etc
Experience integrating chatbots with Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and third-party APIs
Solid understanding of GenAI prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG architecture
Strong programming background: C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python
Experience with M365 tools (SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Ability to support and modernize SharePoint 2016 On-Prem applications
Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Ability to lead POCs and propose AI/chatbot solutions effectively
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
5+ years IT experience, including 5 years .NET development and 2 years SharePoint
3+ years AI chatbot development using Microsoft Bot Framework or Google CCAI
Minimum 1 year Power Platform solution development experience
5+ years hands-on experience in at least two areas: Application development, Network design, Middleware, Servers/storage, Database management, IT Operations
Preferred
Experience developing GenAI applications using AWS ecosystem
Experience with Google CCAI development & Looker dashboards
