Required
4–6 year associates for Am Law 50 Global Firm – M&A Associate
junior, midlevel, and senior associates (1-6 years) for Am Law 200 Elite Venture Firm – Corporate Associates
experience in high-value domestic and cross-border M&A for Am Law 50 Global Firm
experience in venture financings and emerging technologies work, growth equity and private equity, and buy- and sell-side M&A for Am Law 200 Elite Venture Firm
ability to work in a collegial, team-oriented culture
willingness to relocate to Atlanta for Am Law 200 Elite Venture Firm
ability to collaborate with cross-practice support
desire for mentorship and long-term platform stability
interest in substantial client interaction with CEOs, boards, and fund principals
commitment to shaping the growth and development of the Atlanta office
